Co-Op + Classroom Licensing

Are you planning to utilize any Gentle + Classical materials with a group of other famlies (co-op) or in your classroom or school?

We are so excited to hear that and feel honored to be considered!

We do want to share the information about our co-op/classroom licensing with you. This also applies to daycares OR ANY OTHER SETTING in which non-family members are gathered to utilize G+C materials in any capacity.

What qualifies as a "daycare, classroom, or co-op"?

We define a co-op, classroom, or daycare setting as: 2 or more households coming together in a group with the intent of using Gentle + Classical materials for their lesson or gathering time.

Digital Licensing

Co-op licensing costs $7 per student/per curriculum/per year (Preschool, Primer, and/or Nature). The licensing includes access to our full digital curriculum so that the lead teacher can print and use the curriculum and supplementary materials in the classroom setting only. It doesn't include licensing to print materials for students to use at home with their families. Families who wish to use the curriculum in their own homes should purchase the curriculum for home use.

We also offer licensing for our unit studies, such as On Mission, Morning Virtues, Christmas, Autumn, and Easter. The co-op licensing for each unit study is $3 per child/per digital issue.

How to Proceed:

To use co-op licensing, we will verify your information so we can correctly invoice you and provide the desired curriculum. Then, we'll create an invoice for you for the number of students using the curriculum. Once you've paid the invoice, we will send you access to the full digital curriculum so that your lead teacher can print and use the materials during your co-op meeting times.

Return Policy & FAQ

Digital products are non-refundable.

Print products that are damaged OR MISSING will be replaced if we are notified within 30 days of shipment. Please check your materials as soon as you receive them.

Change of heart returns are discouraged, however completely unopened material may be returned with a 30% re-stocking fee. Customer will be required to re-package the item thoroughly IN A NEW BOX and pay return shipping, including insurance. Once the item is inspected, you will receive a refund at 70% of the full price.

Opened materials cannot be returned. Opened means items that have had their shrink-wrap removed.

A beautiful way to introduce learning in the early years

This is my second round homeschooling using Charlotte Mason methods. I think my favorite way of teaching is with living books. The way that this curriculum/guide is organized, the selection of stories, crafts, music and art, it’s amazing! It just makes sense, and it all connects together for a well rounded education.
The included grids are definitely a bonus for me; I homeschool more than one kiddo, the grids help my mama brain stay on track with my little one.

Not straightforward for beginners

I'm brand new to homeschooling. This curriculum looked great on the surface. I liked the approach of combining classical with Charlotte Mason. I ordered the bundle thinking all materials were included; They were not (author suggests things like spotify membership, extra math book, etc. While she states it's technically optional, realistically you would need to buy more books and materials). Upon getting started, the materials were very confusing and overwhelming to sort through. Lots of overlapping information in each book. Very confusing as to how the teachers guide and activity handbook work together - Both have teacher instructions and there was so much going back and forth just trying to find the order of things. Personally I found it all to be disorganized and overwhelming for me as a teacher. After looking at the return policy I was disturbed to see such a condescending tone in which it was written. I understand that opened materials can't be returned, but is the passive aggressive tone really necessary?

We are so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with Preschool. Not everyone's mind works the same way, so not every curriculum is a perfect fit for everyone. For anyone who reads this review, please read our teachers guide before making a purchase. In that way, any needed supplies or books won't be a surprise and neither will the 'pieces' of the curriculum and how they work together. Thousands of families have enjoyed Preschool, but it certainly won't be perfect for everyone. To that same end, not everyone assumes or infers the intended tone from written words. It's not written with a passive aggressive tone, even if one imagines that it is.

What a Blessing!

This curriculum has come into our family’s life at a time when my very small children are not all sleeping through the night. I had been sleep deprived and running out of ideas of what to do with my kids all day when we received our Gentle + Classical Preschool bundle, and now we have more than enough (truly a feast) of wholesome activities to fill our day and guide me as a mom in talking to my children about the Lord and addressing their character formation especially when I’m lacking creativity. This curriculum is so beautiful (especially the watercolor illustrations) and just what I would love to make myself, but I’m so thankful someone else has already made it because there’s no way I would have time. It’s given us all something to look forward to every day and it’s helping me to be excited about entering another day with my littles even when I haven’t gotten enough rest from the previous day.

This curriculum is great! The printed material is of super quality and my girls love their memory work board. We start each morning with the morning binder and they love doing their memory work! The art and music extension is amazing too.

Great Program

I love this program and how flexible it is. I am able to easily spread it over two years for my kiddo.
