Printing Costs
We are thankful to have partnered with Watson Family Printing in order to provide you print options on products that we do not offer pre-printed.
Currently, they are setting up "print on demand" options for several bundles.
As of July 2026, you can shop Nature Volume 1 and Volume 2 in their "print on demand" section. You'll need your purchase receipt from us before purchasing the print services from them. After your purchase the files from us, make your selections and upload proof of purchase to Watson HERE.
Agricultrual Science, Sequence 1, and On Mission Around the World student books can be printed through them as well. Until they set those up for print on demand, use this link to make your print selections and upload the files after making your curriculum purchase from us.
***The following are ESTIMATES that will vary based upon the options you select when placing your print order at Watson Family Press:
- Science bundles like Agricultural Science, Nature 1: Forests, and Nature 2: Oceans will cost from $75-105 (plus applicable tax and shipping) for your print order from Watson. The lower end includes using the teacher's guides and planning grids digitally, while priting the rest of the bundle. The upper price reflects printing the teacher's guide and planning grids.
- On Mission Around the World Student Materials: We recommend buying the physical bundle form us which includes 12 professionally printed and bound magazines shipped from us. However, you'll need to have your student notebooks, memory statment cards, maps, etc printed for your students to use. This bundle ranges from $95-115 depending upon your selected options.
- Sequence 1: This bundle ranges from $70-100 based upon your paper selections and which items you choose to print.
Any of our other products can be purchased from us then printed through Watson. You'll just need to go to this link, upload your files, make paper selections, and input code: GENTLE to save 10%. (Note that "print on demand" already include a discount. Our code is only good on products not set up for print on demand.)
We want to note that for products we offer in print already (Morning Virtues, On Mission, Preschool, Morning Bidners, and Primer), our materials are professionally printed on very high quality paper. It's highly unlikely that printing them through any outside printer will save money.
Here are our some other tips:
- Remember that not EVERYTHING in the bundle will need to be printed. Each bundle comes with a "Start Here" or "Printing Help" document that advises which items to print and which are easy to use digitally.
- While not always an option, please consider investing in a home printer. You can find our recommended printer HERE.
- Skip FedEx and Office Depot! Unless you have a discount code through an organization, these are often the most expensive options. We love Watson Family Press. Return Policy & FAQ
Digital products are non-refundable.
Print products that are damaged OR MISSING will be replaced if we are notified within 30 days of shipment. Please check your materials as soon as you receive them.
Change of heart returns are discouraged, however completely unopened material may be returned with a 90% re-stocking fee. Customer are required contact us before sending a return AND to re-package the item thoroughly IN A NEW BOX and pay return shipping, including insurance. Once the item is inspected, you will receive a refund at 90% of the full price. If the item is in less than brand new condition, you will receive a sliding scale return outlined in the policies linked below.
Opened materials cannot be returned. Opened means items that have had their shrink-wrap removed.

Co-Op + Classroom Licensing
Are you planning to utilize any Gentle + Classical materials with a group of other famlies (co-op) or in your classroom or school?
We are so excited to hear that and feel honored to be considered!
We do want to share the information about our co-op/classroom licensing with you. This also applies to daycares OR ANY OTHER SETTING in which non-family members are gathered to utilize G+C materials in any capacity.
What qualifies as a "daycare, classroom, or co-op"?
We define a co-op, classroom, or daycare setting as: 2 or more households coming together in a group with the intent of using Gentle + Classical materials for their lesson or gathering time.
Digital Licensing
Co-op licensing costs $7 per student/per curriculum/per year (Preschool, Primer, and/or Nature). The licensing includes access to our full digital curriculum so that the lead teacher can print and use the curriculum and supplementary materials in the classroom setting only. It doesn't include licensing to print materials for students to use at home with their families. Families who wish to use the curriculum in their own homes should purchase the curriculum for home use.
We also offer licensing for our unit studies, such as On Mission, Morning Virtues, Christmas, Autumn, and Easter. The co-op licensing for each unit study is $3 per child/per digital issue.

We are happy to provide you with a customized quote! We provide bulk discounts for these types of orders.
How to Proceed:
To use co-op licensing, we will verify your information so we can correctly invoice you and provide the desired curriculum. Then, we'll create an invoice for you for the number of students using the curriculum. Once you've paid the invoice, we will send you access to the full digital curriculum so that your lead teacher can print and use the materials during your co-op meeting times.
For a print quote, we follow the same protocol.
