PRINTING YOUR GENTLE + CLASSICAL CURRICULUM

We’re thankful to partner with Watson Family Press to provide affordable printing options for Gentle + Classical products that we do not currently offer pre-printed.

FIRST: PURCHASE YOUR CURRICULUM FROM GENTLE + CLASSICAL

You must purchase the digital curriculum files from us before ordering printing through Watson Family Press. Watson provides the printing service; the curriculum itself is purchased directly from Gentle + Classical. After purchasing your curriculum, you can submit proof of purchase or upload your files to Watson, depending on the product.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND BUNDLES

Watson is creating convenient print-on-demand options for several of our larger bundles. Currently, you can order printing for Nature Volume 1: Forests, Nature Volume 2: Oceans, and Sequence 1 directly from their Gentle + Classical print-on-demand collection.

How it works: Purchase the digital curriculum from us first. Then visit Watson’s Gentle + Classical collection, select your printing options, and upload your Gentle + Classical purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE + ON MISSION AROUND THE WORLD

Agricultural Science and On Mission Around the World student materials can also be printed through Watson. Until dedicated print-on-demand listings are available for these products, purchase your curriculum from us first, then use Watson’s custom printing order form to upload your files and select your printing preferences.

For products that do not yet have a print-on-demand listing, purchase the digital files from us first, then visit Watson’s custom printing page, upload your files, and select your printing options.

Use code GENTLE to save 10% on custom printing orders. Watson’s Gentle + Classical print-on-demand products already include special pricing, so the GENTLE code does not apply to those listings.

PRODUCTS WE ALREADY OFFER IN PRINT

For products that Gentle + Classical already offers professionally printed—such as Preschool, Primer, Morning Virtues, Morning Binders, and On Mission magazines—we highly recommend purchasing the printed version directly from us.

Our physical delivery materials are professionally produced on high-quality paper, and having these products independently printed will typically result in lower quality for the same or higher price.

ESTIMATED PRINTING COSTS

Final pricing depends on the paper, binding, color, and individual files you choose to print. These are estimates only:

  • Agricultural Science, Nature 1: Forests, and Nature 2: Oceans: approximately $75–$105, plus tax and shipping. The lower end assumes you use the Teacher’s Guide and planning grids digitally; the higher end includes printing those resources.
  • On Mission Around the World Student Materials: approximately $95–$115, depending on your selections. We recommend purchasing the physical On Mission bundle from us, which includes all 12 professionally printed and bound magazines, then using Watson to print student notebooks, Memory Statement Cards, maps, and other student materials.
  • Sequence 1: approximately $70–$100, depending on paper choices and which files you choose to print.

A FEW PRINTING TIPS

  • You probably do not need to print every file in your bundle. Most larger Gentle + Classical bundles include a Start Here or Printing Help document explaining which resources are most useful in print and which can easily be used digitally.
  • For families who regularly purchase digital curriculum, a home printer can be a worthwhile investment. You can see our recommended printer and printing comparison here.
