Charter School Policy & Procedures

At Gentle + Classical, we are honored to support families using charter school funding to enrich their children’s education. To ensure we remain in compliance with digital copyright laws and privacy best practices, we require that all charter school orders follow the guidelines below.

For Charter School Representatives or Teachers Placing Orders:

❗️In order for our team to be aware that a purchase has been made by a Charter School on behalf of a family, we MUST be contacted via email (erin@lifeabundantlyblog.com) once the order is place.

Please email us with the order number, the parent/guardian name, and the email address for the parent/guardian. We can then remit the order to them. If we are NOT contacted via email, we will not know that the order exists.

Placing a note in the "Order Notes" only helps us with customer service at a later date. It does NOT flag us to send the files to the parent. 

Please ALSO include the same information in the “Order Notes” section on the cart page before checking out.

This ensures that:

• If contacted by the family, we can deliver digital files directly to them as needed.
• The family can inquire about tracking or order issues without a delay.
• We maintain full legal compliance with our digital content licensing policies.

❗️Important: If this information is not included at checkout, we are unable to send digital files or release shipping or order information to the family. In such cases, the charter school purchaser must contact us directly to provide written authorization.

For Families Receiving Charter School Orders:

If your charter school placed an order on your behalf, here’s what you need to know:

• ✅ If your name and email address were included in the “Order Notes” during checkout:
  You may email contact us to request tracking details and/or access to the associated digital files.
• 🚫 If your name was not included in the “Order Notes” during checkout:
  We are unable to release order information or digital files to you due to privacy and copyright protections. Please contact your charter school representative and ask them to email us directly with your information and permission for us to share the necessary details.

All digital materials purchased from The Gentle + Classical Press are licensed to the original purchaser only. It is a violation of our copyright to forward or share digital files with others, even if a physical copy was purchased on their behalf. The only exception is when the purchaser provides us with written authorization to release digital access to a specific person under the relationship of a charter school purchase. The charter school may not, under any condition, forward the digital files purchased for one family to other families without having made a purchase for the other families.
